A Garden in Bloom
The Ant Hill garden has gone through quite a transformation over the course of this past spring and summer. Thank you to everyone, especially Halina and Robert, for any and all work they have put into this wonderful garden.

This July, Ganondagan State Historic Site had its 18th Annual Native American Dance & Music Festival. Entertainment included Native American violin player Arvel Bird, a cooking demonstration by David Wolfman, a dance group from France named Cercle Celtique, and Ganondagan’s Spirit Dancers. Ants took part in two different dances while there and explored the woods around the site. Much to my surprise, pictures were taken. Thanks to Lee for seeing them and picking them up for us.
Recently, Ants got to hear the beautiful clarinet playing of our very own Reina. We are all very proud of her.
The bottom line is this…Lugias Ice Cream rocks. You should go there yourself.

This 4th of July Ants gathered to watch fireworks, eat smores, and enjoy some music. Ants piled into three cars to watch the fireworks from a perfectly located University of Rochester parking lot. After the fireworks it was back to Ant Hill for a bonfire, which was finally started after much effort. We were serenaded by a guitar, harmonica, and accordion while enjoying drinks and smores.
